Best settings for Bully?

Hello everyone. I am currently playing Bully on my Steam deck through PCSX2 and the fps is around 30 most of the time, which is not a problem. However, sometimes it will drop to 20 fps. What do you guys think the best settings is for this game to run smoothly? I know the Steam version can reach 60 fps with the right mod but is it possible to do so on the PS2 version? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you all!
