Hey guys, I'm new to this emulator and I would like help on configuring it for KH1 for the best settings! Where do I get my specs to post them?

there are no " golden settings". Default settings are usually the bests.

download this : http://www.piriform.com/speccy this will give you your specs.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Okay, thanks for that. Here they are:
OS - Windows Home Premium 64bit
CPU - Intel core I5 2500k 3.30ghz
Ram - 8gb
Motherboard - Asustek Computerinc
Graphics - Intel HD graphics 3000
Hard Drive - 932GB seagate

Can you please tell me which are best settings for my comp? as in good graphics and playable at 50fps+

default ones.
since your GPU is weak, better not exceed 2x native in gsdx settings.

despite w/o your video card.
maybe you need to activate the MTVU hack.
as optional use "Constant skipping mode" in frameskipping settings.
