Best settings for Silent Hill 4: The room (US)

I have an I3-4120 CPU @ 3.40GHZ
8 Gigs of Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 GPU 

I'm a first time PC gamer, so  I don't know much about how to run a lot of things on it. I barely figured out that the HDMI or VGA cable needs to be plugged into the Graphics card for it be used.

any help would be good thanks.

Best would be to play it on your real PS2 console.
taht CPU won't play any game under pcsx2 correctly, it's too weak.

Probably a typo, meant 4130 i guess? Which scored around 1.8k. The 4120u has 2ghz which doesn't match the above mentioned.
