I have been running the default settings but the games are still laggy/slow to the point where they are basically unplayable. Any help?

quite a good cpu, but maybe a bit weak to emulate those games.
please share your pcsx2 settings
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
