Best settings for my PC?

Hello all. I recently got a new computer, and it runs PCSX2 okay on default settings, but I'm just wondering what the best settings for performance would be on my specs.

Processor: Inter® Core™ i5-8300h CPU @ 2.3 GHZ
2.30 GHZ

8 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU

1. Use one of the Dev builds 1.5.0 not 1.4.0

2. Use OpenGL hardware backend unless a game requires you to use software or something else to fix an issue.

Besides that there are settings to make things look nicer, settings to fix issues, settings to cause more issues, but really no universal best settings for all games or even most games.
