Big problem with pcsx2 and graphic

Hi guys! Just installed the emulator today (ver 1,4) and tried to emulate Kingdom Hearts game.
The game is KH Final Mix 2... He run very good but the problem is the poor and blurry graphic.. I ve tried varius settings but not found a reason .
Tried different resolutions, plugins, DirectX, etc but no results.. idk 
My system 
Intel core i5 4460
GPU EVGA Gtx 960 2GB
Ram 8 GB
SSD 100GB

My system is in the mid-high range so i dont understand why the game is looking very bloory . Look here a screenshot from KH 1 (yes i tried both games but no results).

that's just the menus.

The KH1 screenshot seems to indicate you're using v1.2.1, not v1.4.0.

Please post screenshots of all your settings(there's a screenshot/camera button in the bottom left of most menu's to make it easier for you).

Yes its the kh logo but all the games/cutscenes looks blurry

Replied and he say "A moderator will review for spam filter" Are all the photos u asked XD

1 - version 1.2.1 is old and unsupported.
2 - It looks sharp to me, except FMVs, of course, but it's normal

So i will update the version now.
It look sharp so its normal the logo loading look blurry and the cutscenes too? .. Except FMV s what do u mean? 
Thanks so the settings are ok for my hardware component or i can ask better more?

of course it's normal.
you can't upscale 2D graphics and pre-rendered FMVs.
you could try setting 4x native instead of 3x since KH is quite light in terms of hardware resources.
