Bios Problem Need Help and Rom Help

So I got every thing Working and when i click on (file-run cd) this message pops up "Unable to load bios: :bios/SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.BIN', PCSX2 can't run without that" I would like to know how to fix that

And
When i download a rom how exactly do i get Pcsx2 to run the downloaded rom???

one you have to dump it from your ps2, and two no piracy support here
