Bios Problems

Whenever I try to boot up, it gives me the message: "File could not be created.Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.4.0\bios\SCPH-70012.nvm."

I have tried re-installing the bios. I have also tried installing new bios files. What could be wrong? Please help.

try installing PCSX2 somewhere other than in Program Files, like in C:\PCSX2 for example. Other solution to try is running it as administrator from the right click menu
