Black bar on bottom

need help finding a fix for the black bar that appears at the bottom of the windows when playing MTV Music Gen 2.
iv tried all aspect ratios, could it be a pixel offset thing? is there a way where i could manually crop the display so it ignores the black space?

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read!

that still doesn't help sadly...
the game just thinks that black box needs to be there.
all the vmus and other ui stuff is effected by it.
never covering anything up, just forcing everything else into a smaller space.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Noticed that when in native resolution the game runs at 640x256 if that helps.
