Not sure why it's doing this.
The game is Crash Tag Team Racing.
It's an ISO.

It's happened to every Crash Bandicoot game yet

Nothing you can do except playing it on your ps2 for now.

I remember that their is a 4 gb patch for out of memory error ! Maybe that will solve the problem !

hm someone has it running on pcsx2 0.9.8 on youtube
but i'm not posting the video as he has links to the emu with a bios

the official release of 0.9.8 and notes can be found here the exe can be downloaded from here
just remember it's old and is no longer supported (so don't ask for help )

try reading the compatibility list.
it'll save you a lot of time.
