Black screen on pcsx2 even though game says playable

Question
Why is the screen for my pcsx2 emulator black?

When I load an ISO game [ex: Suikoden IV, Crash Bandicoot The Wrath of Cortex, Breeder's Cup- World Thoroughbred Championships, Silent Hill Shattered Memories] and I boot the game at CDVD Full I can hear sound, but see nothing. With CDVD fast, I get no feedback at all [but the fps is 30-60+] And the fps can go between 20-80 [depending on what other systems I have running] I'm not sure how to fix this. And it's rather annoying.. Here's all the extra info:

ADDED INFORMATION

I DO have another emulator on my computer that works perfect with Crash Team Racing and Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon. [The emulator is pSXfin] So I know my computer can handle some games and emulators. And as I said, I hear the audio fine, and the frame rate is fine. Just the video wont work.

If there's any information that I'm missing that's needed in order to fix this problem, please let me know. I'd really like to have this darn thing work!

Sound Card: Realtek High Definition Audio [this is what you're looking for right?]

And I did update directx yesterday. So it's the latest available.

My computer isn't the best, but I know it can handle quite a bit. :T It's not supposed to be able to run a few things [IMVU and League of Legends] Yet it runs them perfectly well with no issues. I've never crashed from either of them before.

That onboard chip will not do it probably, I'm not sure it can even show something with the current GSdx. Try setting it to DX9 software renderer and see what happens then

If it doesn't work it's fine. Smile It was worth a shot on this old hunker. I'll try that out and see what happens.

It worked! Thank you! The sound is a little weird, but it works! Laugh

Yeah it will run most games at abysmal speeds but that should be expected from a PC like that Tongue

Question
Now my only issues consist of the controls.. :I But the screen is absolutely beautiful. With no lag, surprisingly. I can deal with the .. interesting sound issues. They aren't horrific or anything. But does one need to manually put in all of the control settings for the console? I only have my Intuos4 Wacom Tablet and my keyboard, and configuring the controls is turning out to be quite the hassle. But I'm probably doing it wrong too. =_=; This is my first time dealing with emulators this extensively, so it's all a jumbled mess to me! D:
