Black screen playing K1 Premium Dynamite in HW mode, runs slow in SW mode

I'm trying to play K1 Premium Dynamite. It's a game I used to have on my old modded PS2 back in the day. 

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GFX Card: GTX 1080
Ram: 8 gigs DDR4 @ 2400mhz
CPU: i5 6600k

I've tried running the game in D3D9, D3D11 in both software and hardware mode. In hardware mode, all I get is a black screen. In software modes, the game loads but when I get to gameplay - it's VERY slow, like 1 FPS if even that and the character model's are like dark gray. I've tried upping the threads but it doesn't make a difference.

OpenGL mode also just gives me a black screen in HW or SW modes. 

Any ideas?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
