Black screen when game loads then PCSX2 crashes

Hi guys, 
I'm new to new to using ROMS, and not that technical.
I'm using a laptop that's sufficient for playing games on.
Ive uploaded my games on to PCSX2, and the game goes to load, yet the screen is black then PCSX2 goes off completely.

I get these 3 error codes in the log

TLB Miss, pc=0x9fc5289c addr=0x7ffffefc (store)
TLB Miss, pc=0x9fc4d370 addr=0x7ffffee4 (store)
TLB Miss, pc=0x9fc4d388 addr=0x7ffffee4 (load)

Be great if found out what they mean.

it's often because you didn't dump the game correctly
can you please try using the "verify" button in your game properties ?

Thanks for your reply. I just tried that, and I get a green tick in the status box.
It still does the same except I get more error codes, these are to do with memory card slots, which basically says memory card unformatted.
I converted the memory card into file, yet to no avail, I get similar error codes but saying folder.

When I try to look at the folder that these save to I cant find it. In the folder box its unhighlighted users/jared/downloads/documents/PCSX2/memcards (I put forward slash in by accident) and the boxes next to this browse and reset are both unhighlighted, and the open box is highlighted but it doesn't do anything when I click on.

Just to update, I found where I can change the file path.
But still I dont know which folder they belong to within the PCSX2 folder?

Please post a copy of the emulog.txt file so we can help you better.

Check Tools > Enable File Logging. If it is already checked, ignore this step.
If you ticked the box in the above step, restart PCSX2.
Click Tools > Open Data Directory to jump to your PCSX2 folder.
Reproduce your issue.
Close PCSX2, and do not open it again.
Go back to your PCSX2 folder. Open the logs folder, and upload the emulog.txt file to this channel.

Thanks for your reply again, Ive just figured it out...... When I download the nightly version it doesnt create a mem cards folder, what i did was install the stable version took the mem folder from there and placed it into the nightly version and it worked.
