Black vertical bars issue

I was playing Urban Reign and these black vertical bars keep appearing. No matter what I do, they still keep appearing. The way I've found to make them go away is to set the Plugin resolution to native, but it seems like a waste to make a computer that has a Core i7 4770k and a Geforce GTX 770 to run at said resolution. I've also tried to set the resolution to custom, but it unfortunately didn't work. Here are my settings:

get the latest version from here and try using the round sprite hack and align sprite hack Individually and check whether it fixes the issue.

you can find the specific setting in the HW hacks at GSdx plugin settings at the latest development builds.

Still have the same problem. Checked sprite and align sprite in the HW hacks boxes. I wonder what could be the source of the problem.

those hacks won't work at native resolution. do you have the issue even at native resolution ?
