Blacked out Sphere Grid FFX

Black Sphere Grid
How do all,

bit of an issue with FFX - PAL at the moment.

All running fine until the Sphere Grid tutorial from Rikku where the sphere grid is completely blacked out.

No idea if it will always be like this or just for the tutorial.

Facts:
Sphere grid is advanced.
Was playing with x5 resolution and widescreen patches.
Tried again with native resolution and no widescreen patches.

No success, sphere grid is responsive but when she tells me to improve Tidus I have no idea what is happening.

Got past that part.

Just wont play ball with widescreen cheats i think.

Widescreen is on, but the widescreen cheat is not.
