Well that's the usual methods to get that game working from ISO, in other case you'd have to run it from the original disc and with gigaherz's or other cdvd plugin. If that still doesn't work then I'd have to guess on bad disc or settings.

Ok thanks for you help,really.It runs from the disc guess I'm gonna have to use it from the disc

In that case there shouldn't be a reason why mounting it doesn't work so try it again with it mounted and another cdvd plugin.
