I'm pretty sure Intel mesa gpu driver is not yet supported on pcsx2 Linux. ZZogl 'should' work though. But don't expect playable speeds except in the very least demanding games.

Latest GSdx work with open source driver even with intel GPU (however might not be the fastest). Anyway, it need to get latest PCSX2 ppa version.
