It's quite obvious to conclude that the user involved on pirating, but we still have no valid proof to conclude that he was engaged on such activities. (downloading some file with name similar to a game isn't enough of a proof)

It's not really gracious when such remarks are made to an authentic user who follows the rules, better safe than sorry.

This can't be 100% sure a case of piracy. It could be a 1GB Smash Bros. Melee mod, or a texture pack. And the True Crime file could be anything else. The user may say "It was a wallpaper collection". Jumping to conclusions is witch hunting  Tongue .
