Blurry text on Jurassic Park Operation Genesis

Hello, first time poster here. I need help with my emulation of Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, since every single text from the game looks blurred out, like in the screenshot I posted here. Is it a faulty ISO? Or do I need to tweak around video settings? Help please

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

RAM: 4 GB, 64-bit Windows 7. Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics

Nothing out of ordinary in settings, I've been using the emulation preset 2 ever since I downloaded it, and it hasn't failed until now. Minor tweaks in the GSDx9 plugin, like using blend bff, allow 8-bit textures and logaritmic Z.
