Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter (USA) - Noise effect

Hello!

Does anyone have a patch that removes the noise effect?

I only managed to find this patch for the NTSC version (CRC: 588CC41B / Serial: SLUS_204.99), but it doesn't work

When the game is loaded, it is written in the console that the cheat has loaded, but the noise effect does not disappear.

how did you reload your game? it won't work if you use a savestate, you need to load the game from scratch

Do you know any other patches for this great game? For example, a patch that would make the UI text readable in HW mode?

just use the internal resolution option in GSDX settings. If that doesn't help, nope
