hello, heres my setup
TuF Gaming X570 plus wifi
16gb RAM g.Skill 3200mhz
Ryzen 5 3600x
Radeon RX 5700 XT
Corsair RM 750x
MSi optix Mag271cqr

SO id say my rig is Mid-high end pc and ive been tinkering with the video plugin setting to make the game run smooth and with crisp graphics like ive seen in some older videos. im not sure if its the game itself but it dosnt look HD to me at all and some videos that people post with older spec run it better. ive read some recommendations and tried em but they havnt been succesful. any tips? any is most welcome

I do not know what you mean by look HD, but if you want to do 3x native and not end up with as many issues then you need to set Texture Filtering to nearest. Under Advanced settings and Hacks set the texture off sets to 500 X and 500 y. The Capcom text at the bottom of the start screen is still messed up but the in game text looks pretty readable from the brief testing I did. Anything more then this and I kind of need to know what you are looking for.
