So i just got pcsx2 like 3 days ago and i still dont know how to configure it correctly. My Budokai 2 will either go too fast or too slow ingame. During the fighting stages, it's really slow to the point where i cant even move. Can someone help me configure this correctly?

Your processor has mediocre single thread performance, which might be the biggest reason for the slow performance. But have you tried using speedhacks(MTVU) and changing the GSDX settings(DX - OpenGL, hardware - software) etc.

I tried using speedhacks but i don't think they helped much and the GSDX settings dont seem to do any wonders

Unfortunately, bulldozer architecture is known to perform very badly with intensive single threaded applications.
Not much you can do except playing on your real ps2 until you can afford a better machine, I'm afraid.
