Budokai 3 good FPS but slow

download fraps and see how many frames it detects dont look at the fps that pcsx2 shows ya sometime it is fake and see if it is running 60 or not

Hey that was a good idea, but strangely enough, for budokai 3 even Fraps is telling me thats its 60 fps (just like pcsx2) but it seriously doesnt feel like it for an intense fighting game....

If any body could please help me that would be great, or if any body knows about this situation with budokai 3 and could maybe explain what causes this would be great!

try the latest beta of pcsx2 and plugins from this forum and post the cpu and speed hack config of your pcsx2.
