The Sepia Effects in some memory backflashes have now full performance. The Sepia effect itself is still bugged have major glitches in the graphics.  In HW mode.  SW mode is now Perfectly playable without ANY  performance issues always 100%.  On my machine.

Testet with 1.6.0 on Windows 10

I7 6700k Overclocked
Asus Nvidia Geforce 2080 Super  Strix Advance
8GB DDR4 Ram.   And on a NVMe 970 Evo Plus SSD.

Like i said only in HW renderer. SW is fine.

I even have a savestate and a Memory card that is 1 Minute away from this error when needed.

Edit: Just to say it. Its a a bug that is present since forever. I just testet it in 1.6.0. In hope its fixed. its not. BUT the performance in this Screne is now fixed. Before it stuttered and FPS was falling down to 10.
