#Emulation Options: Default Settings, recommended values checked 
#Plugins Used: Vulkan, Direct3d11/12, & Open GL; bug absent on Software 

#Description: A dark blurry aura (graphical glitch) shows up around booster effects. It's more pronounced around enemy ACs when they show up in a level. The bug isn't present in 1.7.3994.0
