[Bug Report] Bakugan Battle Brawlers Missing Textures

I'm having a problem with Bakugan Battle Brawlers where during the win animation and during cutscenes there's a problems where the model except for the eyes and the mouth go completly black. I have no idea what could be causing it, I've been trying to mess with my video settings to try and fix it and no matter what I do it is always broken. Any help would be very appreciated!

I'm using the latest stable build for pcsx2. Do I need to be using a dev build? Sorry if I sould ignorant. If you could give me a link to the git build I can download and try it.
