it sounds like a patched/hack copy, which means its probably illegal

Sorry for a horribly late necro but I am at a loss. So I copied miseru99 pnatch for the NTSC version of BT3 and put it into a cheats folder for pcsx2 1.6.0 and.... well nothing. I was wondering if ANYONE knows any way of helping me?
