#Plugins Used: Vulkan/OpenGL/Direct3D (all affected), Software (unaffected)

#Description of the bug and of how to replicate it

Alternating white/dark horizontal lines covering ground and clock textures when walking outside Sun and Moon Temple in some spots.

Replicate by loading latest save from memcard (attached .7z archive) and walking forward a few steps.

My specs:
Windows 10 Desktop
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (Driver version 537.42)
