How about your GSdx settings? You should be using OpenGL since you have an Nvidia card.

Did you try switching to SuperVU or adjusting the Clamping/Round modes? I don't see this issue reported previously, which is weird.

I did try SuperVU in 1.4.0, however it ran at less than 3FPS. Though how should I adjust the clamp?

yes I did, I think this may have something to do with the file its running on. I will try a different one.

Which file ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

the .iso, Never had this problem previously. Only the .iso could be the problem.
