[Bug Report]Dog's Life[PAL]

# Description:
The dog's texture gets progressively covered in black spots as you move it around the level until it's completely black. I've tried pretty much every option in the emulator and nothing helps. The bug can be reproduced just by starting the game and walking around.

It's fine in Software mode.
