[Bug Report] Eternal Ring [NTSC-U]

I've encountered a bug that happens when I reach a certain area. I'll enter the area and the game will run fine, but after I pass a certain point, the game completely freezes and stops working. Below is where the area happens and a more accurate description.

Area/Story Spoiler (Relevant to bug)

It happens in the Eternal Realm that you enter from Forgotten Dais. After following the pathway down to the door, when I open the door to proceed the game fades to black as usual. However, when my HUD comes back up, the game freezes. I know it freezes because my mana recharge bar doesn't fill at all and the screen stays black. Please help!
