[Bug Report] Final Fantasy X [NTSC-U]
#1
# PCSX2 version: Official v0.9.8 release
# CPU options: EErec on, VUrec0 and VUrec1 on, MTGS on (I'm assuming. The guide thread for bug reporting said Config -> CPU but I have no such option)
# Plugins used: GSdx 0.1.16 (hardware and software, dx9 (Dx10 instantly crashes at game opening. DX 9 works as long as the game starts in Full Window mode)), xpad 0.1.0, spu2x r4600 1.4.0
# Description: As mentioned above, game will not run in DX10 for me in either Hardware or Software mode. More than likely just an error on my part not too worried about it. Game crashes unless in Full Window mode, and every time I push the turbo button the game crashes.

Not a valid bug report since we know the game works perfectly on PCSX2.
For starters, switch out xpad and use Lilypad, it supports X360 controllers much better and is much less buggier. It also sounds like that ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 is causing you problems, have you updated its' drivers? Have you updated DirectX to the latest for your PC? Do that by running this: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35
