Did you try adjusting the EE cyclerate to see if the FPS drop goes away?

I just tried different values, and still the same. No changes at all.

Still the same problem. Tried with OpenGL and DX11 with all cyclerate values with native resolution and no changes at all.

OK, when the speed drop occurs, is one of the counters at or close to 100% - like the EE, GS, or VU? (MTVU should be enabled for that one to show)

GS and VU stays with normal values, but EE gets almost to 100% (between 94%-100%). EE was before at 50%-65%.
