gow 1 and 2 both ntsc
here's the settings i use
reccomanded speedhacks ticked, ee and vu to 2 (without it also getting full speed) , 8bit texture ticked, alphacorrection fba ticked, (something like)lgorithm ticked, clamping mode to none . Thats the settings.

And yeah forgot to mention that i use dx9hw mode for this game.

nvidia GT 1030

sigh -.- well find out the problem Tongue you play in hardware mode, i said this happen in software mode -.- the options you said, like bit texture, alpha correction ecc are all grey out in software mode.

Has this bug been submitted yet? There's also the flashlight bug in the Silent Hill games that only affects software mode as well. How come nobody has updated the software renderer in forever?

I though the flashlight bug in SH was only occuring in hardware mode ?

Is this issue still active in DX11 at all?

Fixed the problem by using progressive scan in the GoW2 options (i had the problem while using OpenGL hardware)

I'm sure it's not Prog Scan, but it seems the depth issue doesn't exist in OGL HW.
