Hello!
Sorry for my english, I am spanish.
I have a problem with God of War.
There is audio, but the background music disappears.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.

I may be wrong, but...did you try this particular scene on your real PS2 console ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I completed the game before and had no problems. In my second game is when this sound problem has occurred.

Is possible for the difficult mode? In my first game it was in hard mode. In my second game it was in Titan mode.

What are your Spu2-X settings and are you using any speed hacks(other than the recommended)
You are asking about audio problem but you are showing your video settings
Did you tried loading a memory card save(not save state)

I have notest(not only on that game)that problems related to audio(when you are using save states)usually are happeding if you try to load a save state as soon as you run the game(like System=>fast boot=>wait for the GSdx windows to appear=>F3)
