[Bug Report] Graphical glitches in Shining Force EXA NTSC-U

SFE works perfectly fine in the latest SVN and official release, except the minimap transparency keeps turning almost black, there was an invisible pig in the beginning, there may be more invisible animals (in combat) later on, and there are weird color inversion squares on the menus.

Any idea how to fix these problems? It is quite annoying and affects the experience of the game.

This is in GSDX SSE4 on DirectX11
