CPU settings: EERec, VU0rec, VU1rec, MTGS, frame limit
My PC: Core2Duo E8400 - Geforce 9800 GT - 4 GB Ram

How to replicate the bug:
The Emulater crashes after one short Screen, i tried many different settings but nothing works, new Beta 720 crashes too.

you tried using run->execute instead of file->run cd? that use to happen for me as well (still does on GH1)
