[Bug Report] Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events [NTSC-U]
#1
# PCSX2 version: SVN version 5065
# CPU options: Default options, no speedhacks used
# Plugins used: GSdx 0.1.16 r5065, Lilypad r4959; SSPSX Pad Pressure Mod v1.7.1. ZeroGS was also used, but the game ran way too slow to be tested upon loading the latter plugin.
# Description: Game runs fine on the first mission, when you're tasked to switch to Klaus and push the crate. Circle button works but apparently does nothing when you're prompted to collect an item (the button prompt only briefly disappears when you press it). It does work on an earlier build (r3712, etc.), though. Particle effects appear corrupted, too, but it isn't really that significant.

Could you find the last revision this worked on? That would help a lot in tracking this

The part wherein you have to collect the glove also didn't work in 4950. I'm not sure as to what SVN did it work until the problem occurred, as I only tried the game for the first time. All I know is that it worked on r3xxx until the 48xx revisions.

Well get in here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/
And start testing Tongue With the binary search method you will only need to try up to 5 builds until you pinpoint it

Binary search? And oh, there are a crapload of builds in that site, I'm not really that arsed to try all of them out to see what works or otherwise.

Id like to try it, but it doesn't sound like an easy task for me to do.

Hmm, OK. But I'm still a bit bummed up at it.
