[Bug Report] Lower FPS when focused

Hello. I've recently been trying to use the newest nightly 64-bit build of PCSX2 with Vulkan and I discovered some strange issue. When the emulator window is on focus, the FPS is lower, than when I click on one of the tabs (in screenshots below). I don't know what relates to this issue, but with my low-end CPU, it's needed to have the highest FPS possible, even if not perfect. Any help? (btw vsync is disabled before anyone asks)

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
