1. All shot projectiles are visible with their trails on the walls.
2. All ragdols disappear when enemies are being killed (they kind of squeeze and disappear)

Can you try Vu Kickstart to see if it fixes that SPS?

I can't replicate the ragdoll problems with 1769 personally, but there have been some changes since which may affect the ragdolls so can you please try a newer dev build please? thanks.

As for the bullet holes, you can fix these by setting the EE clamping to Extra + Preserve sign
