[Bug Report] Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks (PAL) Textures Glitches and Speed up
#1
First and foremost: Hi, I'm new here, I barely speak english so I gonna try my best to explain myself.
The PAL version of this game have two problems (at least it happened to me, because I saw some people who run this one with no problems).
The first problem that I can see since the beginning is a speed up with no fps increment, anyway I can fix it putting the emulation preset to "6- mostly harmful", but I don't understand why it happens.
BUT the big problem is when I come to the Wu-Shi Academy and the bar life and some textures like experience, life balls or some attacks animations by the Baraka's disciples crash. It's pretty annoying, most for the bar life, so I can't play.
I really want to play the Pal version because of my language, spanish, if somebody can help me I gonna be very grateful. Thanks for the space, I gonna put some images of my trouble.
(Oh, and sorry for my english) [Image: sxj9dw.png]

Why have you enabled all them hw hacks in gsdx? You shouldn't need any of them.

Also do you get the errors when you don't have the PCSX2 preset set to "6 - Most Harmful"?

Looks a bit similar to the older regression in Vector Units instruction delay code which was caused by one of refraction's changes. Maybe this one is a new regression caused by ref's commit to fix the older regression? Tongue

Also just to verify if it's either a core (or) GSdx issue, could you check if the issue persists in software mode?
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

Mortal Kombat - Shaolin Monks (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It).iso is the iso being used.... just saying, but I have seen this type of name giving more than once... and none in a legally obtained version.

One can name his isos the way he wants.

Yes, and the same issue.

I have that hw hack because it fix some ghost and vertical lines issues in some games, like God of war 2 Pal. Anyway, when I deactivated them the bug persist.
The speed up stop when I put the preset 6, yes.

Yes, the issue persist in software mode (3D9, 3D11 and OpenGL)  Sad
