[Bug Report] Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks (PAL) Textures Glitches and Speed up

I don't understand why it happend, I've seen a video of a guy who plays this game on the PAL version perfectly, no glitches, no speed up, nothing.
I would contact him, but a think he left his channel. I tried unzipping the Iso again and nothing.
Should I download the game again? I remember that some years ago I played this one in a older pc, and I had the same error. So, when I downloaded it again I believed that it would work fine.
