[Bug Report]PCSX2 0.9.7 CDVD plugin error

# PCSX2 version: Unofficialy Beta Tiger Courage Edition, Unofficialy v0.9.7 release
# Description: Hei guys!I try Tiger Courage PCSX2 Edition and all 0.9.7 version and i get an error.
CDVD plugin failed to open. Your computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers.
I tried all CDVD plugins and same thing.
