[Bug Report]Persona 3 FES[NTSC]

# Description: The game runs smoothly but hangs on some of the loading screens, like when I enter some areas like the Gymnasium. I decided to not go to some places just to get through the game but when it started happening during some side events I decided to look for an answer before it happens during main game events.

I appreciate any help on this because I've been dying to play this game and getting far but being unable to finish it would drive me insane.

First make sure you've set all of your options to their defaults (either delete/rename the inis or click "default" in the various menus).

Also make sure to have all of the speedhacks off.

I've played through a lot of FES and haven't run into this issue myself... Another thread about a similar "freezing" issue is in the forums for the pal version with the suggestion of changing the clamping modes for EE and VU to extra.
