weird...
next step : Posting your emulog.txt file Please post a copy of the emulog.txt file so we can help you better. Check Tools > Enable File Logging. If it is already checked, ignore this step. If you ticked the box in the above step, restart PCSX2. Click Tools > Open Data Directory to jump to your PCSX2 folder. Reproduce your issue. Close PCSX2, and do not open it again. Go back to your PCSX2 folder. Open the logs folder, and upload the emulog.txt file to this channel.

Just to confirm it's not a problem on Solid_Snack's side. I don't remember when exactly it was, but a few weeks ago I updated PCSX2 and the game didn't want to work as before, so I went back to an older build.
My PC is: Win10, i7-8700, RTX 2070, newest drivers. I recorded videos, so you can see what it really looks like. Older PCSX2 version (2.3.263), where it works fine: files.catbox.moe/wmj1ho.webm Current PCSX2 version (2.3.333), where it doesn't work fine: files.catbox.moe/ksvmcu.webm Works the same with every renderer, but it fixes itself a bit if you change the renderer while the game is running, as seen in the video. Doesn't matter which from and which to. Right, technically this is SLPS-25041, the Japanese version, but it seems both work the same anyway, so maybe this will help in finding a solution.

Hi, thank you for this message from you. Indeed the problem seems very similar, although in my case only during battles. I watched your videos carefully, and for the Japanese version of the game you used, the issue appears even more serious. For the time being, I preferred to go back to the stable version of PCSX2 where everything works fine.

Yes, I finished the game using an older build, too. Yesterday, however, there was a new update and I noticed that one of the fixes was specifically for Shadow Hearts. I just launched the game and yes, it's fixed for me.
So if you can confirm it too, then the problem could probably be considered solved.
