Try switching the ee and iop sync hacks on/off. In some rare cases this could mask the problem.
Most likely this tlb miss is a direct cause of the patch though, so nothing you can do.

You'll run into these problems all the time. Fix one, get the next..

How does the fix work?
do I have to just put the mixer.cpp in the plugin folder of pcsx2?
does it work with a pal versione of the game?

You need to compile a recent revision of SPU2-X or just google one.
Core i5 3570k -- Geforce GTX 670  --  Windows 7 x64

Actually the SPU2-X in the March 11 beta plugin pack has the fix needed for this game so just use that

is the game FMV's been fixed lately or do you still need a skip FMV patch to play the game

using the updated plugins it works fine and I saw at least the starting FMV (I didn't go far after through the game)
My issue now is to find out how to solve some graphical glitches: I can't read subs!
