My Mother board is MSI ~ MS-7250, NVDIA nForce 570 Ultra Chipset
So this S.C 3 Basiclly needs more so called "Juice" to run it then? Damned X_X and yah i'm looking for games like soul calibur nowdays used to like S.C 2 too, but don't own a Xbox.

Fighting games using chars and can buy upgrades, custom Costumes, and i have no idea S.C 3 can create custom characters which is "Wow We~" quite a surprized to me too.

Okay... Sounds your motherboard is an MSI K9N Platinum. In the CPU support list, the fastest CPU is unfortunately the (literally) burning hot 6400+. Not worth it, in my opinion. Since you can't upgrade to Phenoms, then the only way you'll be able to get better speed will be DX10. And patience, since PCSX2 is getting better with every new version — talking about stable releases.

If your cooling is good enough, you might be able to overclock your CPU. The maximum I've gotten so far is about 3300 MHz, and it brought me 5 - 10 more FPS. At any rate, you should be getting better speed than me in native resolution, since your CPU runs at a slightly higher clock than mine.

In that case, you'll have to revert back to an older rev or the last stable release. Don't lose hope, I'm pretty confident the next stable release will make this game far more playable.

Try using 1200x1200 or 1020x1020 as internal resolution

Excuse, if already was, but...
I precisely do not remember, it has begun with what time, but I think that with last of gsdx.

Any kind graphic defect, sometimes becomes static object (not moving character, for example) and does not disappear before the round termination.

In a program mode like all looks normally

Somebody faced and knows as to solve this problem?

pcsx2-r1468, gsdx dx10 (SSE4.1) 1472, ati 4870 last drv, all options on default (including).

* excuse for bad English - machine translation

Something not so with light (or its sources)... In places disappears, sometimes appears.

I get this with every revision of GSdx starting from r1439.

I think the emulator is just having a lot of trouble with the game, I've got the PAL version and with all speed hacks on and some advanced tweaks, it still runs at around 45fps max in fights, turning all the speed hacks and tweaks off makes the game run at around the same speed as it did with them all on.
