Hello, second time reporting an bug here (Thank you lightningterror for fixing Silent Hill)


# PCSX2 version: Nightly v1.7.2702 release
# CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
# Plugins used: Software renderer
# Description: Some white lines seems to appear around the middle of the screen. Only occurs in sofware mode. (Hardware mode in DX11 has other issues as stated in the wiki. OGL seems fine)
