Please post the emulog after you observed the problem.
Please screenshot all emulation settings you are currently using,
Please try higher clampoing modes (Full/Extra + Preserve sign) for EE and VU.
Please try superVU as VU recompiler instead of microVU.

Same in video, just blocked repeat sound, no error or crash.

Where ? I have try enable Skip MPEG Hack but cinematic don't skip and same problem.

Sorry don't know how to solve this.
You can try all manual gamefixes one by one and check if they work... but not highly probable.
It would be good to get a savegame after this cinematic and check if this problem occurs once or several times.
One of our moderators/testers/coders prafull currently makes freezing games work by applying hacks. He might be able to solve the problem but I guess he doesn't have your game.
