Below are screenshots of the error and my CPU settings and the plugins.

I have tried PCSX2 0.9.6 and PCSX2 Beta 1474 (9 July 2009)

The game is fine and will not crash until you go to "World" then "Log In" it will crash.

Is there something I am missing then?
Because I am so confused.

Configure->CPU Tick MicroVU0 and MicroVU1. If it still doesn't work you need to get a newer build from the SVN repository and compile the source.

I dont see how I can get a newer build when I downloaded it off the front page.

Also what the hell do you mean by If it still doesn't work you need to get a newer build from the SVN repository and compile the source.

http://code.google.com/p/pcsx2/source/list <--SVN You download the source code and compile it. If you have no idea what all that is, just wait for the next beta release.
Front page does not have the latest builds, since there is new code submitted daily.
Did you even try checking the 2 mvu options that I've already told you twice?

Yes I tried the mvu options it just made the game crash as soon as it started.

Mine is working fine, and I use dx10 hardware, Beta 1474, no speedhacks, all the boxes in cpu are checked(including microvu0 and 1). Use gsdx instead of zerogs may help.
